Setup, device checks, demos, failed connection attempts, and anything after the call ends. Incident reports and your dashboard never use your hours.
Extra monitoring is $45 per hour, billed in proportion to the time used. A 20-minute call past your included hours costs $15.
No. The company plan covers unlimited employees. You pay for monitored call time, not seats.
No. An active call is never cut off. Time past the included hours is recorded at the published rate, and we reach out before extra charges add up.
