01Scope and roles
This Privacy Policy explains how Lurion LLC (“Lurion,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, discloses, and retains personal information through lurion.org, our applications, APIs, call-protection features, dashboards, reports, demos, and support (the “Service”).
Lurion primarily provides a business service. When a customer supplies employee, caller, meeting, or other service data, the customer generally determines why and how that data is processed, and Lurion processes it for the customer. The customer’s privacy notices and instructions may also apply. A signed data-processing agreement controls if it expressly conflicts with this Policy.
02Information we collect
Account and organization information. Names, work contact details, login and account information, company details, roles, preferences, and administrative settings.
Billing information. Subscription, transaction, tax, and invoice details. Stripe processes payment-card information; Lurion does not receive full card numbers.
Service content. Customer-provided inputs and user-initiated call or meeting audio, transcripts, signals, warnings, notes, and incident reports. Under the Service’s current operation, clean call data is discarded while analysis associated with flagged events may be retained to provide incident reports and improve detection.
Usage and technical information. Device, browser, IP address, timestamps, pages or features used, diagnostic logs, security events, and similar telemetry.
Communications. Messages, demo requests, support inquiries, feedback, survey responses, and other information you choose to provide.
03How we use information
We use information to provide, administer, secure, troubleshoot, support, and improve the Service; configure customer accounts; process subscriptions; communicate about the Service; analyze performance; prevent fraud and abuse; enforce agreements; comply with law; and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. We may create aggregated or de-identified information and use it where permitted by law.
We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not use Service content to advertise to individuals.
04How we disclose information
We may disclose information to customer administrators and other users authorized by the customer; vendors that provide payment processing, scheduling, hosting, infrastructure, communications, support, analytics, and AI or data-processing services; professional advisers; and government or other parties when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate abuse, or enforce agreements.
We may also disclose information at a customer’s direction or in connection with a financing, merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar transaction, subject to appropriate protections.
05Calls, meetings, and workplace data
Customers decide which calls, meetings, users, and systems to connect to the Service. Customers are responsible for providing required notices and obtaining required consents or other lawful bases for monitoring, recording, transcription, analysis, storage, and disclosure. Recording, wiretap, employment, biometric, and privacy requirements vary by location and context.
If you participate in a call or meeting handled by a Lurion customer, direct privacy questions to that customer first. We may refer your request to the customer because it controls the relevant data.
06Retention
We retain account, billing, support, security, and Service information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain customer-requested reports, protect the Service, meet legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention depends on the type of information, customer instructions, account configuration, and legal requirements. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.
07Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information in light of its nature and the risks involved. No system, transmission, or storage method is completely secure. See our Security & Abuse page for reporting and responsible-disclosure information.
08Privacy choices and rights
You may unsubscribe from non-essential marketing communications using the message instructions or by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection; withdraw consent; or appeal a denied request. These rights may be limited by law.
Send requests to founders@lurion.org. We may verify your identity and authority. If Lurion processes the information for a business customer, we may direct the request to that customer.
09International use
Lurion and its providers may process information in the United States and other countries where privacy laws may differ. Where required, we use appropriate transfer mechanisms and protections.
10Children
The Service is for business use and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the Service. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information.
11Third-party services
The Service may link to or interoperate with third-party services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices, not this Policy. Customers should review providers they choose to connect.
12Changes
We may update this Policy and will post the revised effective date. We will provide additional notice of material changes when appropriate or required. If a change would materially expand how previously collected personal information is used, we will provide notice and obtain consent where required by law.
